These lace-up shoes are made from lamb leather, characterized by its soft texture that conforms to the foot. The leather, a key focus, was carefully selected from numerous options, boasting a fine grain and a moist feel. Its supple silhouette, which hugs the skin, is unparalleled by other leathers. A particular charm is its quick development of a vintage-like change, easily exhibiting softness and texture. The slim yet soft, exquisite silhouette of the toe and vamp also embodies the essence of MARNO.

MARNO's first shoes were designed with inspiration from the suppleness of ballet shoes. We used lamb leather, which is durable yet incredibly soft. From the moment you put them on, they gently conform to your feet, giving you a barefoot-like lightness. The lace-up detail serves as a design accent, and tightening the laces provides a more secure fit. We chose a slightly thicker rubber sole to reduce fatigue even after long hours of walking. Thanks to the soft leather, they are comfortable from the first wear. They feel good barefoot or with socks or tights, and can be worn comfortably all year round, regardless of the season. They are lightweight and easy to carry, making them ideal for long-distance travel.
