Article 1 (Members)

  1. A "Member" is an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Company.
  2. "Member Information" refers to information concerning the member's attributes disclosed to the Company by the member, and information such as the member's transaction history.
  3. These Terms apply to all members and are to be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Member Qualification

Customers who agree to these Terms and apply for membership as prescribed will be qualified as members upon completion of the prescribed registration procedures. The member registration procedure must be performed by the individual wishing to become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. Please note that applications from individuals whose membership has been previously revoked or whom the Company otherwise deems unsuitable may be refused.


  1. Entering Member Information

When performing the member registration procedure, please carefully read the input instructions and accurately enter the required information into the prescribed input form. Special characters, old kanji, Roman numerals, etc., cannot be used for member information registration. If these characters are registered, the Company will change them.


  1. Password Management

(1) The password may only be used by the member themselves and may not be transferred or lent to a third party.

(2) Members shall be responsible for managing their passwords, such as changing them regularly, to prevent them from becoming known to others.

(3) Any declaration of intent made to the Company using a password shall be deemed to be a declaration of intent by the member themselves, and the member shall be solely responsible for all payments etc. arising therefrom.


Article 3 (Changes)

  1. If a member's registered information, such as their name or address, changes, the member shall promptly notify the Company.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a failure to register changes. Even if changes are registered, transactions already processed before the change registration will be conducted based on the information prior to the change registration, so please be aware of this.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw, the member themselves must complete the withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal will be effective upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure.


Article 5 (Loss of Membership Qualification and Obligation to Compensate)

  1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, defaults on payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if there are other reasons that the Company deems the member unsuitable, the Company may revoke the member's qualification.
  2. If a member commits any of the acts specified in the following items, they shall be liable for damages incurred by the Company as a result.

(1) Unauthorized use of member ID or password.

(2) Hindering the Company's business by accessing this website to alter information or transmitting harmful computer programs to this website.

(3) Infringing the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company.

(4) Any other acts that violate these terms of use.


Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

  1. As a general rule, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent:

(1) When disclosure is required by law.

(2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect its rights, interests, reputation, etc.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

  1. Violating laws or these Terms, notes on using this service, notes on shopping with this service, or other similar terms.
  2. Harming the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or any other third party.
  3. Engaging in acts that may adversely affect the minds and bodies of young people, or other acts contrary to public order and morals.
  4. Engaging in acts that cause annoyance or discomfort to other users or third parties.
  5. Entering false information.
  6. Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, emails, etc.
  7. Unauthorized access to the Company's servers or other computers.
  8. Lending or transferring passwords to third parties, or sharing them with third parties.
  9. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 8 (Interruption/Suspension of Service, etc.)

  1. To maintain the good operating condition of this service, the Company may, without prior notice, suspend all or part of this service if any of the following items apply.

(1) When necessary for regular and emergency maintenance of the system.

(2) When the system is overloaded.

(3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by a third party, etc.

(4) In other cases where the Company determines that system shutdown is unavoidable.


Article 9 (Changes/Abolition of Service)

The Company may, at its discretion, change or abolish all or part of the services at any time without prior notice.


Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with the Company's services, including system interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss due to communication line or computer failures, or damages caused by unauthorized access to data.
  2. The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from its webpages, servers, domains, etc., do not contain harmful elements such as computer viruses.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members due to their violation of these Terms.

Article 11 (Revision of These Terms)

The Company may arbitrarily revise these Terms and may establish supplementary regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Regulations") to these Terms. Revisions or supplementary regulations to these Terms shall become effective when the revised Terms or Supplementary Regulations are posted on the Company's designated website. In this case, members shall comply with the revised Terms and Supplementary Regulations.


Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute concerning these Terms, the District Court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the agreed exclusive court of first instance.


Article 13 (Purchases by Minors)

If a member is a minor, parental consent is required to purchase this product. Please be sure to obtain consent and check the checkbox.
